I am 37 years old—turning 38 on January 10, 2009. Yes—if you do the math I was only 17 years old when I started in the mortgage industry as a part-time job in 1988. I can tell you—it is a lot different now than it was then!
I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world—Tracy, and she and I have two amazing children—Raegan (6) and Jett (2). I have to admit, being a father is by far the most exciting and fulfilling aspect to my life. As much as I love my career—it doesn’t come close to time spent with my babies!
I love the outdoors and take advantage of the beautiful
I believe in giving everyday every bit of energy that I have available. I feel great each night that I can look back on that day and know that I truly did my best, or reached as far as I could to accomplish or enjoy any aspect of my life. I’m not much for sitting around—got to keep moving! I can’t stand still for more than a few seconds. I enjoy a fast-paced lifestyle full of change and excitement—hence my passion for mortgage lending. I care deeply for all of my friends and believe it is relationships and friends that provide the opportunities to achieve my goals.
I appreciate everyone in my life that gives me the opportunity to be everything that I can be and that helps me reach my goals. You are all truly appreciated!

Dave,
Happy Birthday!
I was searching the web looking for a net branch opportunity, I came across PRMI and read your profile. I am currently located in Michigan, have access to space and marketing capital.
Get with me after your birthday and perhaps we can chat on how we can grow this business.

Dave,
Happy Birthday! I, too, am a young CEO. At 38, I own and run my second National appraisal and title company. I see that you love books, and providing service. Try this one “The Go-Giver”. I think you will enjoy it.
